Yes. New patients are welcome. Contact us to schedule an initial consultation, and we'll guide you through the intake process and treatment scheduling.
How long does a dialysis treatment take?
A typical hemodialysis session lasts around four hours, usually done several times a week. Your exact schedule depends on your physician's prescription and your individual needs.
What documents should I bring on my first visit?
Please bring a valid ID, your physician's referral or dialysis prescription, recent laboratory results, and your PhilHealth or insurance details if available. Our staff will help you complete the rest.
Can a family member accompany me during treatment?
Yes — one companion may accompany you, with comfortable waiting areas provided. For everyone's safety, companion access to the treatment floor follows our infection-control guidelines.
Do you accept PhilHealth or insurance?
Please contact us directly about PhilHealth coverage and insurance arrangements. Our staff will gladly walk you through requirements and assist with your documents.
